“Strengthening the capacity of the Lebanese-Palestinian Dialogue Committee to assist Palestinian Refugees is seen as a step to improve the human rights and humanitarian situation for Palestinian refugees in Lebanon”-  Recommendation  No. 84.12. formulated by the United Kingdom during the UPR interactive dialogue; it was approved and welcomed by the official Lebanese delegation during the last Lebanon report, presented in Geneva on 17/03/2011.

In this context, LPDC is working on the implementation of available mechanisms to follow up on the approved UPR Recommendations issued by the Human Rights Council, with the Executive, Legislative and Juridical authorities, as well as human rights-related public institutions, NGOs and media outlets.
